Introduction

The Casing Ceremony in the OREMOB 10K collection involves owners receiving NFTs called Caseys through airdrops. These Caseys can be burned during Burn-events to acquire unique OREMOB Cases. Initially, 10K Caseys were distributed, followed by special editions. During the public Casing Ceremony, participants encase their PFPs in these cases, incorporating staking. The Casing ceremony highlights the extensive development and creative effort, enhancing the utility and interaction of the fully decentralized OREMOB 10K PFP collection on-chain and all verifiable.

The Road To Encasement

Utility has always been on the roadmap for the OREMOB 10K collection.

The roadmap to the Casing Ceremony happened in a couple of stages and continually expanding:

1. 10K Casey Airdop
2. Additional Special Caseys were introduced and rolled out in multiple stages throughout the year.
3. Multiple Casey Burn events were organized to turn your Casey into a beautifully designed Case, and more are planned in the future.
4. Development Phase and Live testing of the Casing Ceremony (invite only)
5. Public Casing Ceremony encasing of your OREMOB 10K PFP incl. Staking 1.0 (scheduled)
6. Full Decentralisation (scheduled)
7. Staking 2.0 (scheduled)
8. Much, much more (TBA)

In between these stages, the creative and development team spent many months developing, designing, and laboring, and this will be a continuous process in which Lore will be an integral part.

Owners of the OREMOB 10K PFPs received their Caseys directly airdropped into their wallets subsidised by OREMOB. A total of 10,000 Caseys were distributed, followed by several burn events. These events allowed participants to acquire one of the 10,000 produced cases (NFTs), which include Floater Cases, Mob or Faction Cases, Elite Cases, and Boss Cases. OREMOB 10K ENCASED
